For hygiene reasons, tight-fitting clothing, undergarments, and any opened or used cosmetic products, creams, oils, or serums are non-returnable and non-refundable. Returns of unopened items must be pre-approved by our team and sent back in their original sealed packaging at the customer’s expense.
No returns will be accepted without prior contact with our customer service team.
Products purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are not eligible for refunds.
